On receipt of payment in full, Little Monarch grants the buyer the right to download and use the sounds in Little Monarch Sample Pack 3. The license granted is royalty-free and non-exclusive and lasts for the life of copyright. The license granted allows the commercial use of Little Monarch Sample Pack 3 in combination with other sounds as part of a musical composition. Modify or edit Little Monarch Sample Pack 3 to use as part of a musical composition for commercial purposes. Synchronize the Little Monarch Sample Pack 3 with moving images in respect of any film, television, Internet or other media production. Publicly perform the Little Monarch Sample Pack 3 as part of any music or media production. The Licensee may not claim ownership of the sounds. Little Monarch Sample Pack 3 cannot be re-shared, re-sold or re-licensed. The Licensee will indemnify the Licensor from, and against any and all claims, demands, suits, damages, liabilities and all reasonable expenses, including legal fees incurred by Licensor, with respect to any matter that arises as a result of a breach of this agreement by you. This License shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United States and the said courts shall have sole jurisdiction.
